How can Options be exercised?

If you would like to exercise some or all of your Options you can do so on any business day prior to, and including, the Expiry Date for the Options (16 April 2027) by either:

1) Accessing the Options Exercise Portal here, following the prompts and then paying $35.00 per option exercised via the BPAY details provided on your confirmation email.

Or

2) completing an Option Exercise Form and paying $35.00 per Option exercised to Magellan via the payment methods set out in the Option Exercise Form. A personalised Option Exercise Form was sent to Eligible Shareholders together with details of how to access the Prospectus. Alternatively, you can use the Option Exercise Form available here.

The minimum number of Options that can be exercised each time is the lower of (a) 100 Options and (b) all the Options held by the Option holder.
